CR80 20 mil PVC cards—also referred to as CR8020 or CR80.020—are a thinner, flexible alternative to standard 30 mil cards, making them ideal for applications where reduced thickness is preferred. These cards maintain excellent print performance while offering added versatility for temporary or short-term use.

CR80 is the industry-standard card size, measuring 3.375" x 2.125"—the same dimensions as a standard credit card—ensuring full compatibility with all major ID card printers and systems.

Manufactured to graphics-quality standards, these white PVC cards provide a smooth, dye-receptive surface for sharp image clarity, vibrant color output, and a clean, professional finish. Each card is vision inspected to ensure consistent quality and reliable performance.

At 20 mil thickness, these cards are lighter and more flexible than standard 30 mil cards, making them ideal for visitor badges, event credentials, and other short-term identification needs.
