Returns

Due to the specific nature of our merchandise, and the customization of most products, Absolute Access ID has a very strict return policy.  All custom products are Non-Refundable.  If you have a non customized product that you need to return, please contact one of our representatives at 865 771 9697 for assistance concerning your order and requested return.  If the product is returnable, a 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise unless an error occurred on the fulfillment of your order.  Shipping charges incurred to and from the customer will not be able to be refunded.

Please note: All refunds can take up to 15 business days to be completed due to the refund process having to be refunded from our bank to our merchant services to your credit card.
